Open the app — the camera is already on. Tap the shutter, then Save (or Retake). That's it: the photo uploads to SharePoint › Halm Recon › Slips, tagged with your name, and the camera is ready for the next slip.
The counter top-left shows today's saved slips — tap it for the list. Failed uploads stay there with a Retry button; nothing is lost silently.
